DNA Dust Test

Description

This is a molecular dust test that looks for the main mold culprits that we find in Sick Houses– Aspergillus, Penicillium, Stachybotrys, Chaetomium, Cladosporium and Trichoderma. This can be helpful for seeing if the house has elevated levels of harmful mold in situations where you’re not sure or for testing the house after a mold event. This test is ideal for identifying hidden mold reservoirs, assessing occupant exposure risks, and guiding effective remediation strategies. Also recommended when evidence indicates long term water intrusion, slow leaks, and HVAC contamination. More than one kit may be needed in situations where you have more than one level to the home– we especially recommend testing crawlspaces and basements in addition to the main living level.
