    This is a dust test that looks for the main mold culprits that we find in Sick Houses– Aspergillus, Penicillium, Stachybotrys, and Chaetomium.  It’s similar to an ERMI test, but is limited to the most harmful mold species. This can be helpful for seeing if the house has elevated levels of harmful mold in situations where you’re not sure or for testing the house after a mold event. More than one kit may be needed in situations where you have more than one level to the home– we especially recommend testing crawlspaces and basements in addition to the main living level.

We’ll provide our sampling strategy guide to help you make the most of your samples. These samples are good for identifying or confirming potential mold reservoirs in the home.
